Guiné: left behind all alone
Information:
Name: Guiné
Gender: F
Age: d-o-b: January 2017
Size: medium-big (21kg, 55cm)
Others: dewormed, vaccinated, sterilised
Story:
Guiné had a home once. Since a puppy. But her owner moved away and left her dog behind. A kind neighbour was feeding her. Then the neighbour asked the shelter for her, to bring the dog to more decent conditions and the ex-owner was only too happy to surrender her.
Guiné is happy, finally not alone. She is very friendly and playful with other dogs. Very gentle with people. Nice, gentle, sweet dog. Very agile though – she can jump fences!
Guiné used to live with a cat and a child, she is used to their company.
Unfortunately she is one of those dogs that no one notices…. Black, adult, medium, short fur – dogs like this usually don’t find homes as no one sees them. We have many like her, already years in the shelter. We are sorry for Guiné as she would make a great companion for someone. She loves children. She is good with other dogs.
She has a calm temperament. In the morning, she likes to have a run and she happily runs and runs. But then she calms down. And the rest of the day she wants to spend inside. While other dogs run around the shelter the whole shelter, she asks to be let into the pharmacy where she spends the rest of the day sleeping.
She loves goodies. She is easy to train because for a goodie she will do anything.
