Jacinta: biting her tail, shelter is stress….

Information:

Name: Jacinta

Gender: F

Age: d-o-b: mid-2014

Size: small (10kg, 40cm)

Others: dewormed, vaccinated

Story, Personality, Others:
Jacinta came to the shelter with 3 puppies. She was found on the street all by herself trying to protect them. The puppies (Euro, Dollar, Escudo) were all adopted but Jacinta stayed, the usual for the mums – everyone wants puppies but noone wants the mums and they stay behind… She is a lovely dogs although a bit shy but she is not scared of people, on the contrary – she is looking for protection with people. The shelter makes her stressed, too much noise too many dogs, this is not what she is used to (we assume). She must have had a calm home and this is what she needs. Out of stress she is biting her tail and we might have to have it amputated. Unless she finds a home before, then she will certainly stop! it is just stress….
