We brought Chancy from a municipal pound in Spain where he got abandoned after the hunting season. The usual.
He is very gentle, good with other dogs and walking well on the leash. He is very friendly with people – galgos are usually quite shy but not him. He is super social. The most friendly of all the galgos we have.

Maeve: pretty puppy curious about everything

Information:

Names: Maeve

Gender: F

Age: d-o-b: 22 October 2018

Size: will be big
(her mum is a German shepherd, Meg, although she does not look at all like her mum)

Others: dewormed, vaccinated

Story:
Little Maeve was brought to the shelter with her mum by their owner who says he has too many dogs.
Her mum is a German shepherd but Maeve does not look like her mum. We don’t know the father. We guess she might be big like her mum and maybe her ears will stand up when she is older.
Maeve is the sweetest puppy you can imagine. She is friendly, curious, playful. Wonderful little girl.

Meg: such a lovely dog and not wanted anymore

Information:

Name: Meg

Gender: F

Age: d-o-b: October 2011

Breed: German shepherd

Size: big (25kg, 55cm)

Others: dewormed, vaccinated

Story:
Meg was brought to us by her owner. He has too many dogs and he cannot keep them all, the neighbours complain and the police started to look at him.
So he brought Meg and her daughter to the shelter….
And he is hoping to bring other dogs he has. All of them.

Meg is a lovely dog. She is very calm, balanced, gentle. She is lovely with people. She walks well on the leash. She is used to other dogs as she always shared her space with many.
She does not deserve to be left in the shelter. Now that she is not young probably no one will adopt her anymore.
