Scarlett: miserable….

Information:

Name: Scarlett

Gender: F

Age: d-o-b: ~2012

Size: medium (21kg, 50cm)

Others: dewormed, vaccinated

Story:
Sweet Scarlett was found on the street. Her owner was identified and contacted but he did not want her.
Scarlett is old, blind and neglected. She has fur loss and wounds from scratching. She is being treated and fortunately her fur is getting better. Nothing to do about her eyes. She seems to see something as she can orientate herself quite well. But we can see the cataracts on both eyes.
She follows us around the shelter. She comes when called. She even runs.
She had blood tests done and fortunately she is healthy. No tick fever, heart worm, leish, nothing – and the general values are pretty good as well.
She is very sweet and gentle. Extremely gentle. She just wants attention and cuddles. And she is friendly with other dogs. She really deserves a home… She could still live for many years and have a quality life, dogs can manage well even if they are blind.
Is there a special person out there who would find a place in their heart and home for an old blind gentle labrador girl?
