Sasha: gentle and obedient

Information:

Name: Sasha

Gender: F

Age: d-o-b: February 2011

Size: big (23kg, 55cm)

Others: dewormed, vaccinated

Story:
Sasha was found on the street a few years ago by a person who then found a new home for her. The person put a chip on Sasha and registered I on her name. A few years passed and Sasha was found on the street and due to the chip this person was contacted. The owners disappeared. They probably moved away, changed telephones and left the dog on the street like it happens commonly here.

Poor Sasha… She is such a lovely and gentle dog. She is calm, friendly, obedient. She walks well on the leash. She is good with other dogs. She is used to living in a home. Not easy for her, coming to the shelter.

Asya: old neglected girl

Information:

Name: Asya

Gender: F

Age: d-o-b: ~2009

Size: big (34kg, 55cm)

Others: dewormed, vaccinated

Story:
We brought Asya from the municipal pound. We don’t know how she ended up there and how long she had been there, they know nothing.
Poor Asya has a big tumor on her leg which will need to be operated. But she runs and plays as if it was nothing and as if she was much younger.
She is amazing. A happy girl, the type of dog that will be always happy, regardless the age. She loves us. She always wags her tail. She loves company. She is good with other dogs. Good on the leash.
She is old but still beautiful. She must have been so cute as a puppy. Someone probably paid lots of money to get here. And then they abandoned her when she got old. Probably to get another puppy.

Bela: just look into her eyes

Information:

Name: Bela

Gender: F

Age: d-o-b: March 2011

Size: big (27kg, 55cm)

Others: dewormed, vaccinated, sterilised

Story:
The owner of Bela brought her to the shelter saying that he does not have time for her anymore and moreover he is planning to move back to the country he came from and not taking her with. So he said his vet advised him to bring her to the shelter.
So a vet gives such advice? They think that a dog is happier in the shelter than in her own home, a place she has known all her life?
Poor Bela. She is VERY gentle, very calm, very sweet. If you look into her eyes she is so sad that she was left in the shelter. How can they do it to the dog…? She needs a home. She is a dog used to living in a home, sleeping on a nice bed, walking on the leash in the parks…
She is nice to other dogs. Quite submissive. Gentle, gentle, gentle…
